Frequently Asked

  • Your appointment is very important to me. It is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

    Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

    • Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount

    • "No Shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount

    • Any service including Extensions, Color Correction, or bookings lasting over 4 hours must be held with a credit card on file.

    Please be aware that if you are more then 20 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the full service for which you have been scheduled for.

  • Regular maintenance visits keep them looking seamless, healthy, and effortlessly beautiful between appointments. Every detail is intentionally crafted to maintain your hair’s health and shine.

  • Most clients come in every 6–10 weeks depending on hair growth and lifestyle. We’ll talk about your routine and set you up with the maintenance frequency that fits best.

  • Most people are! The best candidates have hair that can support the weight of a row, with no active breakage at the root. During your consultation, we’ll look at your hair density, lifestyle, and goals to make sure extensions are the right fit for you.

  • I specialize in custom, hand-tied extensions that are designed to blend seamlessly with your natural hair. This method prioritizes hair health, comfort, and a natural, effortless look.

  • When installed and maintained correctly, extensions should not cause any damage. The method I use focuses on minimal points of contact and strategic placement where your hair is strongest. Proper at-home care and maintenance appointments are key to keeping your natural hair healthy.

  • With proper care and recommended products, extension hair typically lasts 9-12 months. Some clients refresh certain pieces sooner depending on color, tone, or routine. I also offer a mini refresh, were we swap out some of the older hair for fresh hair to extend everything.

  • Yes! One of the reasons I love this method is its flexibility. You can wear ponytails, buns, half-ups, braids — all the cute styles.

  • Yes — but only by a professional, and never lightened. I custom blend and tone your extensions to match your hair seamlessly. Please avoid coloring extensions at home to maintain the integrity of the hair. This means purple shampoo is a no as well. Extension hair can absorb the pigment more than your natural hair leaving the extensions a purple/grey hue.

  • Because every head of hair is unique, I build custom extension plans tailored to your goals. Pricing is provided after an in-person or virtual consultation. This ensures your investment is based on your exact needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

  • I’ll walk you through everything you need — but to keep your extensions soft, shiny, and long-lasting, you’ll want sulfate-free shampoo, hydrating masks, heat protectants, and gentle brushing routines. I’ll send you home with a curated care guide.

  • No — that’s the goal! I specialize in extensions that look like your real hair. Every install is customized to your density, color, and styling patterns for an effortless, natural finish.
