Your appointment is very important to me. It is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

• Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount

• "No Shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount

• Any service including Extensions, Color Correction, or bookings lasting over 4 hours must be held with a credit card on file.

Please be aware that if you are more then 20 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the full service for which you have been scheduled for.

If you’re unsure, no stress — just send me a photo of your current hair in natural light + 1–3 inspo photos. I’ll guide you to the right service. I’d rather you book bigger than smaller so we have enough time to create your goal.

Every head of hair is different, but most lived-in color lasts 8–12+ weeks. Glosses and toners generally last 4–6 weeks and can be refreshed in between appointments to maintain tone and shine.

Lightening naturally changes the hair, but I prioritize integrity. I use high-quality lighteners, bond builders, and customized techniques to keep your hair healthy through the entire process.

Arrive with clean, dry hair within the last 24 hours. No heavy oils, no buildup. If you use a lot of dry shampoo, clarify the night before. This ensures the cleanest lift and best color results.

Depending on the service, expect 2.5–4+ hours. I book ample time so we don’t rush — beautiful color takes intention and artistry.
